Step 1: Click the Record Point on the Dashboard #
Step 2: Click the Deduct Point at the top right (The orange box) #
Step 3: Insert The Customer’s Phone Number #
Enter the customer’s phone number you want to deduct from, then click Next.
Step 4: Input The Number of points you want to deduct. #
It will also show your customer’s current point and the point after deduction.
Additionally, You can write a note in the remarks.
Step 5: The notification will appear. #
This notification confirms you successfully deducted points from the customer’s wallet and the process is complete.
