Third Party Voucher #
Step 1: Go to the Reward section. #

Step 2: Choose the reward you want to import. #

Step 3: Scroll down and click “Reward Vouchers”. #

Step 4: Select “Import Reward Vouchers” #

Step 5: Download the example CSV file #

Step 6: Open the CSV file and fill out the required columns in the CSV. #
- Code: This is the reward code required for validation. It can be 2 to 6 characters long and may include both numbers and letters (e.g., 11, 222, 33333, 1A23BC).
- Expired at: This indicates the code’s expiration date. It’s optional — you may leave it blank or delete the placeholder (#####).

Step 7: Save and upload the completed file #

Step 8: In the Code Sections, choose Code Expired_at, then import. #
The Expired at section is unnecessary, so you don’t need to choose the option.

Step 9: Refresh the page — the codes will now be visible. #

Is there a limit to the number of codes I can create? #
No, there is no limit — you can create as many codes as you need.
Is it possible for the same code to be used by multiple customers? #
No, the system assigns each code to only one customer. When a new customer redeems a voucher, they receive the next available code.
It assigns the codes in order. For example, the first code is 1111, the second is 2222, and the third is 3333 — and the system has already assigned 1111 to Alex — it will assign 2222 to Jamie (Next Customer), then 3333 to Taylor (Next Customer).
A single code will only be assigned to one customer, so you won’t see something like ‘2222 code assigned to Jamie, Alex’. That kind of duplication won’t happen.
Even if the same customer redeems the voucher again, they will receive a new code.

What if I upload the same CVS file? #
If you upload the same CVS file that contains codes already included in the first batch, the system will still upload those codes as the Second Batch. However, the Second Batch won’t be assigned immediately. It will remain pending until all the codes from the first batch have been used or activated, at which point the duplicates from the Second Batch will be assigned.

Code Activated #
When a customer redeems a reward voucher, a code is automatically activated and shows which customer is using it.

Changes Status Feature #
Once customers have claimed their vouchers, this feature allows you to change the status of each code to either ‘Mark as Used’ or ‘Mark as Expired’.
Note: Because this is a third-party voucher, you can’t use the ‘Validate System’ in the Record Points section. You’ll need to manually update the status.
