Step 1: Access The Rewards Section #
From your dashboard, click on “Rewards” to view your existing reward listings.
Step 2: View Reward #
Click the “View” button next to the reward you wish to review in detail.
Step 3: Edit a Reward #
To make changes, click the “Edit” button available either directly on the Rewards page or within the View Reward page.
Step 4: Delete a Reward #
To permanently remove a reward from the system, click the “Delete” button associated with the selected reward.
A confirmation popup will appear to prevent accidental deletions. To proceed, click “Yes”.
Note: Once deleted, the reward cannot be recovered. Ensure the reward is no longer active or assigned to any customers before confirming deletion.
