What is feedback? #
Feedback features are tools businesses use to gather customer opinions, ideas, and suggestions to improve their products, services, and overall customer experience.
These tools, such as surveys, reviews, and ratings help businesses understand what customers like, what needs improvement, and how to meet their needs better.
By using feedback, businesses can fix issues, introduce new ideas, and build stronger relationships with their customers, showing that their opinions matter.
How to enable it? #
Step 1: From your dashboard, select “Customer Portal Design.” #
Step 2: Click “Edit.” #
Step 3: Enable feedback in the “Feature” section and Save your change. #
There are a few options mode for the feedback:
- Force Login: Customers must log in before they can write feedback. It also allows businesses to link feedback to specific customer profiles for personalized follow-up or insights.
- Optional Customer Data Collection: If customers choose to log in, the system collects their profile information to track feedback. However, if customers decide not to log in, the system won’t collect their personal information, and they can still leave feedback anonymously. This approach respects user privacy while offering additional features for logged-in users.
- Full Anonymous: The system does not collect personal data from customers, even if they log in. They can provide feedback without any identification or profile association.
Where can I check the customer feedback? #
Select “Feedback” from your dashboard to see the customer’s feedback list.
QR Code #
You can download the QR Code, which the customer can scan to write feedback.
Go to “Feedback” > Click “Show QR Code” at the top of the page (Blue Box) > Download QR Code & Close.
