Step 1: Go to Record Points Page #
Under Loyalty Program Section, click on the “Record Points“

Step 2: Enter Customer’s Phone Number #
After filling out the phone number, click Next.

Step 3: Enter The Amount of Points. #
You should ensure the point is the spending amount of the customer.
The reward point will automatically increase to the desired amount after clicking the Next button.

Step 4: Get A Transaction Confirmation Notification #
This notification means the points you entered have been successfully added to the customer’s wallet, and the process is complete.

What is One(1) point equivalent to? #
In the Pixalink system, 1 point equals RM 1. For example, if you enter 100 points, the customer will receive RM 100 directly into their wallet.
This system makes it easy for businesses and customers to understand the value of points, as each point equals a set amount of money, ensuring clear and efficient transactions.
Do the points expire? #
No, the points don’t expire.
However, you can contact Pixalink to adjust the point expiration. Pixalink can set points to remain valid for 365 days from the date they are earned. After this period, they will automatically expire and become unusable.
Example Scenario:
- January 1, 2025 – You collect 50 points.
On January 1, 2026 – The 50 points collected on January 1, 2025, expire. - February 2, 2025 – You collect 300 points.
On February 2, 2026 – The 300 points collected on February 2, 2025, expire.

This means that each set of points expires exactly one year after the collection date (T+365 by default), so make sure to use them before they expire.
