Step 1: Go to the Record Points Section #
From your dashboard, click on Record Points.
Step 2: Enter The Customer’s Phone Number in The Box. #
After filling out the phone number, click Next.
Step 3: Enter The Required Amount of Points. #
The reward point will automatically increase to the desired amount after clicking the Next button.
Step 4: The Transaction Notification Will Pop Up. #
This notification means the points you entered have been successfully added to the customer’s wallet, and the process is complete.
What is 1 point equivalent to? #
In the Pixalink system, 1 point equals RM 1. For example, if you enter 100 points, the customer will receive RM 100 directly into their wallet.
This system makes it easy for businesses and customers to understand the value of points, as each point equals a set amount of money, ensuring clear and efficient transactions.
