How to Validate Rewards?

Once you have created the rewards, the next step is to ensure that you add the list of your customers. This will allow them to be properly registered and eligible to receive the rewards you’ve set up.

Add The Customers #

Step 1: Go to “Rewards” and “Edit” The Rewards you want to add new customers. #

Step 2: Click “New Customer Reward” (The Blue Box) #

Step 3: Input The Customer Name / Phone Number and Create. #

Step 4: The Customer you add will be in the Column. #

Now that the process is complete, your customers can use their rewards.

Validate The Rewards #

There are two ways to validate the rewards:

  1. By Redeem: You can directly click “Redeem” and after you click the redeem, the status will change to “used”, meaning the customer successfully used the rewards.
  1. The 6-digit codes: After the customers tap the rewards they want to use, they will receive the 6-digit code.

To validate the reward, you need to go Record Points > Click The Validate Reward Button > Input The 6-digit Code (it will automatically show the customer name and the reward) > Press Submit and the process is completed.
