How to Validate Rewards?

After creating the rewards (Tutorial to add rewards), the next step is to add your customer list. This ensures they are registered and eligible to receive the rewards you’ve set up

Add The Customers #

Step 1: Go to “Rewards” and “Edit” The Rewards you want to add new customers. #

Step 2: Click “New Customer Reward” (The Blue Box) #

Step 3: Input The Customer Name / Phone Number and Create. #

Step 4: The Customer you add will be in the Column. #

Now that the process is complete, your customers can use their rewards.

Can I directly assign the reward to all customers? #

Yes, you can assign it to all customers and don’t need to add them one by one.

View” the reward > Click the “Three Dots” on the top right page next to the Audit Log button > Click “Assign to all customers

Validate The Rewards #

There are two ways to validate the rewards:

  1. By Redeem: You can directly click “Redeem” and after you click the redeem, the status will change to “used”, meaning the customer successfully used the rewards.
  1. The 6-digit codes: After the customers tap the rewards they want to use, they will receive the 6-digit code.

To validate the reward, go to Record Points > click the Validate Reward button > enter the 6-digit code (the customer name and reward will automatically appear), and press Submit to complete the process.
