POINT HISTORY

I. Definition of Point History: #

Point History is a feature that provides a detailed log of all point transactions. It records every instance where points are earned, redeemed, or adjusted, allowing you to track additions and deductions in a customer’s account.

This ensures transparency and simplifies the management of point activities across all transactions.

II. How Do I Filter Only Added Points, Deducted Points, or Filter By Date? #

To view specific point transactions, you can use the filter options available in the Point History section:

  1. Filter by Added Points – Click the “Added” button to display only transactions where points were earned or credited.
  2. Filter by Deducted Points – Click the “Deducted” button to view only transactions where points were redeemed or removed.
  3. Filter by Date – Use the date range selector to view point activity within a specific time period.

These filters help you quickly locate and review the point transactions you need, making it easier to manage customer activity and resolve inquiries.

/ Using the Filter Button:

The Filter button provides more precise control, allowing you to select specific months to view transaction records within a defined timeframe.

/ Using the Column Button

The Column button allows you to display additional information. When you tick “Transaction Date”, it will show the exact date, month, and time of each transaction. However, it does not allow filtering by specific months.

III. How to Check a Customer’s Points with Remarks #

Two Ways to Check a Customer’s Points with Remarks:

  1. Go to Point History
  2. Click the Column button
  3. Enable the Remarks feature to view all customers points with a remark.

These options help you view detailed point records along with the reasons behind each entry.

IV. How to View a Specific Customer’s Point Transactions with Remarks (via CRM) #

  1. Go to the Customers section under CRM.
  2. Search and type the customer’s name.
  3. Click to view the customer profile.
  4. Scroll down to the transaction history section.

You will see a list of all point transactions, including any remarks linked to each entry.
