What is a Reward Report? #

The Rewards Report tracks reward distribution, usage, and redemption, helping businesses assess loyalty program effectiveness and providing insights into customer engagement and usage trends.

By analyzing reward patterns, businesses can refine their incentives to boost customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring their loyalty programs align with customer needs.

How to access the Reward Report? #

Step 1: Log in to your account, and you’ll land on the home screen. #

Step 2: Click the Admin button (blue box) in the top right corner. #

Step 3: Navigate to Analytics (AN) Features. #

Step 4: Select Rewards Report to view the data. #

The Reward Report Features #

  1. Date Range & Select Space
  • The Date Range filter – allows users to set a specific time frame for viewing data, from today and this week to last month or a custom range.
  • The Select Space – enables users to check data for different branches or locations.
  1. Reward Usage Overview (Top Section)
  • Rewards Distributed – Displays the total number of rewards issued to customers.
  • Rewards Used – Tracks the total number of rewards that customers have redeemed.
  • Rewards Active – Represents the number of rewards that are still valid and available for use.
  • Usage Rate – Shows the percentage of distributed rewards that remain unredeemed, helping businesses assess potential engagement gaps.
  1. Rewards Usage Trend
    Tracks rewards as users redeem them over time, providing insights into usage patterns.
  1. Redemption Trend (Line Chart)
    Tracks the number of rewards redeemed over time. The line chart provides insights into customer engagement with the reward system, highlighting peak redemption periods and any declines
  1. Usage of Specific Rewards & Customer Rewards Status (Pie Chart)
  • Usage of Specific Rewards – shows the distribution of different reward types redeemed by customers.
  • Customer Rewards Status – Offers real-time insights into reward usage, highlighting which rewards are redeemed, pending, or still available.
  1. Number of Rewards Distributed (Pie Chart)
    Visualizes the distribution of different types of rewards given to customers.
