1.0 What is a Reward Report? #

  • A Reward Report tracks how rewards are distributed, used, and redeemed.
  • It helps businesses evaluate the effectiveness of their loyalty programs while providing valuable insights into customer engagement and usage trends.
  • By analyzing reward patterns, businesses can refine their incentives to better meet customer needs, increase satisfaction, and strengthen customer loyalty over time.

2.0 How To Access The Reward Report #

Step 1: Log in to your account. Once logged in, you will land on the home screen. #

Step 2: Click the Admin button (blue box) located at the top right corner of the screen. #

Step 3: Navigate to the Analytics (AN) features from the admin menu. #

Step 4: Select Rewards Report to view the data and insights. #

3.0 The Reward Report Features #

  1. Date Range & Select Space
  • Date range filter: Allows users to set a specific time frame for viewing data from today and this week to last month or a custom range.
  • Select space: Enables users to view data for different branches or locations.

4.0 Reward usage overview (top section): #

  • Provides a quick summary of total rewards distributed, rewards redeemed, rewards still active, and the overall redemption rate.
  • This helps you monitor how well your reward program is performing at a glance.

      6.0 Redemption trend (line chart): #

      Tracks the number of rewards redeemed over time. The line chart provides insights into how customers engage with your reward system, highlighting peak redemption periods and any declines.

        7.0 Usage of specific rewards & customer rewards status (pie chart): #

        Shows a breakdown of how different rewards are being used and the status of each reward. This makes it easy to see which rewards are most popular and how many are redeemed, pending, or still available.
